Empowerment Coaching

    My style: I cultivate a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free container where all parts of you are welcome. I guide you with somatic-based inquiry in a transformational coaching framework to help you:

    1) Cultivate relationships with a foundation of trust, authenticity, and clear communication.

    2) Gain tools to regulate your nervous system, and cultivate resilience to act from sovereign choice instead of old patterns.

    3) Develop confidence and embodied self-expression.

Plant Medicine Guidance

  • I take a harm-reduction coaching model that supports those who have chosen to work with plant medicine/psychedelics on their own and guides them to prepare for and integrate the experiences to make effective life changes through the psycho-spiritual material awakened in their journeys.

    Journeys are guided by two facilitators who are fully in service for you to venture into the depths of yourself.

  • A 1:1 coaching commitment is required before and after all journeys. The length of time required is individually determined together as our coaching relationship deepens.

    The length of the journey is dependent on the personally chosen medicine.

    We are purely here to guide and support you for a safer and more therapeutically effective journey.

    • Low-dose relational 5meo experiences & coaching as well as tapered dosing at a pace that attunes to your nervous system

    • MDMA & 3-MMC guidance for individuals and couples

    • Psilocybin guidance for individuals and groups

    • Ayahuasca preparation & integration support

    • LSD & Psilocybin micro-dosing

Workshops

  • Do you feel like you are responsible for everyone else?

    Do you feel like you always need to say Yes?

    Do you feel guilty when you say No?

    In this workshop, you’ll be given tools to reclaim your body's authentic sovereignty. Learn to ask for what you want as you explore your true YES and NO (and everything in between).

    Over two hours, Kiki Grace and Jason Goode (of www.oceansomatics.com) will lead you through a journey toward understanding what you have a right to and a responsibility for (and all the things you don’t), and how to communicate your boundaries and limits, to experience the intimacy in relationships that you've always desired.

    The workshop will include somatic exercises to feel what is actually a Yes or a No in our bodies and how to express them with confidence. There will also be plenty of room for discussion and wrestling with the concepts.

    For singles, couples, and everyone in between.

    Level 2: Practice for Couples or Pairs of two (with a friend or colleague) available after this first workshop has been completed.

  • Seekers with previous engagement in personal work and previous or concurrent work with a therapist.

    People who are going through a personally-defined spiritual awakening, or desiring non-judgemental, trained, and experienced guidance working with psychedelic medicines or various altered states of consciousness experiences (ie: breathwork, meditation, float tanks, kink/sexual experiences)

    Briefly, she is a certified Transformational & Psychedelic Integration Coach, a 500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher in multiple traditions, an Usui Reiki Master, and a Level 1 Sound Healer. She’s also currently mentoring and has trained with various individuals trained in indigenous ways of knowing and working with plant medicines.
